Administrator Overview of Users
As the administrator you have access to do certain things that the other users cannot. You can create and manage users for your company's Monster account. If you are creating a new user and you are not sure what role you should assign them then refer to the PDF on "User Role Descriptions".

User Role DescriptionsMonster users will now fall under one of four different roles: Administrator, Super User, Standard User, and Hiring Manager.
